CELEBRAMOS UN DESPERTAR

Aquel día en Filadelfia, un pueblo pequeño desafió a un imperio inmenso y proclamó algo que jamás se había dicho con tanta claridad:

• La dignidad humana no proviene del rey, ni del gobierno, ni del poder, sino de Dios.
• La libertad no es un privilegio, sino un derecho.
• La conciencia no es un lujo, sino una obligación.
• La vida no es propiedad del Estado, sino un regalo del Creador.

Durante estos 250 años, la nación ha atravesado horas de profunda oscuridad. Hemos visto a la nación quebrantarse y, sin embargo, levantarse con una fe renovada.

Hoy, en 2026, nos embarga una profunda gratitud y, al mismo tiempo, un llamado urgente.

Porque América no es solo un territorio: es una misión.

Una misión moral que no termina, que no descansa y que no admite delegaciones.

LAS RAÍCES ESPIRITUALES QUE SOSTIENEN LA NACIÓN

Los primeros colonos cruzaron océanos no para buscar fortuna, sino para buscar un orden moral. Anhelaban un suelo donde la conciencia prevaleciera sobre el miedo, donde la fe fuera más vasta que el poder y donde el individuo pudiera mirar al cielo sin pedir permiso.

LEGADOS DE FE EN EL TEJIDO COMERCIAL

La economía estadounidense es inseparable de sus valores bíblicos. Firmas históricas como Lord & Taylor no fueron simples comercios; fueron instituciones cimentadas en la reputación, la honestidad y la sobriedad, activos que, para los pioneros, eran el verdadero capital de cualquier empresa.

Haym Salomon financió la Revolución en su hora más crítica.

Levi Strauss vistió al trabajador que construía el país.

Estée Lauder elevó la belleza a un estándar de dignidad.

El mensaje fue inequívoco:

La libertad florece cuando se trabaja con integridad, se sueña con audacia y se honra a Dios.

Incluso nuestro himno de gratitud más profundo, “God Bless America”, nació de esta misma esencia.

Su autor, Irving Berlin nacido como Israel Beilin en la Rusia zarista, llegó a nuestras costas huyendo de la opresión y los pogromos.

En su música, él tradujo en notas el sentimiento de gratitud de millones que vieron en Estados Unidos un refugio para la conciencia.

Como él, muchos otros nos recordaron que la libertad florece cuando se trabaja con integridad, se sueña con audacia y se honra a Dios.

LLAMADO A LAS NUEVAS GENERACIONES

No han heredado simplemente un país; han recibido una misión.

No son espectadores de la historia, son sus arquitectos para los próximos 250 años.

Recuperen la audacia, la fe y la ética.

Construyan empresas, pero sobre todo, construyan carácter.

Defiendan la libertad, pero ante todo, defiendan la dignidad humana.

WE CELEBRATE AN AWAKENING 

On that day in Philadelphia, a small people challenged a vast empire and proclaimed something that had never before been stated with such clarity:

• Human dignity does not come from the king, nor from the government, nor from power, but from God.
• Liberty is not a privilege, but a right.
• Conscience is not a luxury, but an obligation.
• Life is not the property of the State, but a gift from the Creator.

During these 250 years, the nation has traversed hours of profound darkness. We have seen the nation break and, yet, rise again with a renewed faith.

Today, in 2026, we are overcome by a deep gratitude and, at the same time, an urgent call.

Because America is not just a territory: it is a mission.

A moral mission that does not end, that does not rest, and that does not admit of delegation.

THE SPIRITUAL ROOTS THAT SUSTAIN THE NATION

The first settlers crossed oceans not to seek fortune, but to seek a moral order. They yearned for a soil where conscience would prevail over fear, where faith would be vaster than power, and where the individual could look to the sky without asking for permission.

LEGACIES OF FAITH IN THE COMMERCIAL FABRIC

The American economy is inseparable from its biblical values. Historical firms like Lord & Taylor were not mere businesses; they were institutions cemented in reputation, honesty, and sobriety—assets that, for the pioneers, were the true capital of any enterprise.

THE JEWISH FOOTPRINT: THE COVENANT OF FREEDOM

The history of the United States is unintelligible without the contribution of the Jewish people.

Recover audacity, faith, and ethics.
