Passover (Pesach) –  Retelling the Story of the Exodus.

Devarim – Deuteronomy – Chapter 6

20 If your son asks you in time to come, saying, “What are the testimonies, the statutes, and the ordinances, which the Lord our God has commanded you?”
21 You shall say to your son, “We were slaves to Pharaoh in Egypt, and the Lord took us out of Egypt with a strong hand.
22 And the Lord gave signs and wonders, great and terrible, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes.
23 And he brought us out of there, in order that He might bring us and give us the land which He swore to our fathers.
24 And the Lord commanded us to perform all these statutes, to fear the Lord, our God, for our good all the days, to keep us alive, as of this day.
25 And it will be for our merit that we keep to observe all these commandments before the Lord, our God, as He has commanded us.”

Shemot – Exodus – Chapter 12

26 And it will come to pass if your children say to you, What is this service to you?
27 you shall say, It is a Passover sacrifice to the Lord, for He passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt when He smote the Egyptians, and He saved our houses. And the people kneeled and prostrated themselves.

Shemot – Exodus – Chapter 13

14 And it will come to pass if your son asks you in the future, saying, “What is this?” you shall say to him, “With a mighty hand did the Lord take us out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

Shemot – Exodus – Chapter 13 (6-7)

6 For seven days you shall eat unleavened cakes, and on the seventh day, there is a festival for the Lord.
7 Unleavened cakes shall be eaten during the seven days, and no leaven shall be seen of yours [in your possession], and no leavening shall be seen of yours throughout all of your borders.
8 And you shall tell your son on that day, saying, “Because of this, the Lord did [this] for me when I went out of Egypt.”

Mishlei – Proverbs – Chapter 8(12-36)

12 I am wisdom; I dwelt [beside] cunning, and the knowledge of devices I will find.
