Isaiah 54 (15)(15) Behold, they will meet together, but not for Me. Those who gather against you will fall for you.
Yeshayahu – Isaiah – Chapter 54
| 1 “Sing you barren woman who has not borne; burst out into song and jubilate, you who have not experienced birth pangs, for the children of the desolate one are more than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord. | ארָנִּ֥י עֲקָרָ֖ה לֹ֣א יָלָ֑דָה פִּצְחִ֨י רִנָּ֚ה וְצַֽהֲלִי֙ לֹא־חָ֔לָה כִּֽי־רַבִּ֧ים בְּֽנֵי־שֽׁוֹמֵמָ֛ה מִבְּנֵ֥י בְעוּלָ֖ה אָמַ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה: | |
| 2 Widen the place of your tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of your habitations, do not spare; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. | בהַרְחִ֣יבִי | מְק֣וֹם אָהֳלֵ֗ךְ וִֽירִיע֧וֹת מִשְׁכְּנוֹתַ֛יִךְ יַטּ֖וּ אַל־תַּחְשׂ֑כִי הַֽאֲרִ֙יכִי֙ מֵֽיתָרַ֔יִךְ וִיתֵֽדֹתַ֖יִךְ חַזֵּֽקִי: | |
| 3 For right and left shall you prevail, and your seed shall inherit nations and repeople desolate cities. | גכִּי־יָמִ֥ין וּשְׂמֹ֖אול תִּפְרֹ֑צִי וְזַרְעֵךְ֙ גּוֹיִ֣ם יִירָ֔שׁ וְעָרִ֥ים נְשַׁמּ֖וֹת יוֹשִֽׁיבוּ: | |
| 4 Fear not, for you shall not be ashamed, and be not embarrassed for you shall not be put to shame, for the shame of your youth you shall forget, and the disgrace of your widowhood you shall no longer remember. | דאַל־תִּֽירְאִי֙ כִּי־לֹ֣א תֵב֔וֹשִׁי וְאַל־תִּכָּֽלְמִ֖י כִּי־לֹ֣א תַחְפִּ֑ירִי כִּ֣י בֹ֚שֶׁת עֲלוּמַ֙יִךְ֙ תִּשְׁכָּ֔חִי וְחֶרְפַּ֥ת אַלְמְנוּתַ֖יִךְ לֹ֥א תִזְכְּרִי־עֽוֹד: | |
| 5 For your Master is your Maker, the Lord of Hosts is His name, and your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, shall be called the God of all the earth. | הכִּ֚י בֹֽעֲלַ֙יִךְ֙ עֹשַׂ֔יִךְ יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת שְׁמ֑וֹ וְגֹֽאֲלֵךְ֙ קְד֣וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֱלֹהֵ֥י כָל־הָאָ֖רֶץ יִקָּרֵֽא: | |
| 6 For, like a wife who is deserted and distressed in spirit has the Lord called you, and a wife of one’s youth who was rejected, said your God. | וכִּֽי־כְאִשָּׁ֧ה עֲזוּבָ֛ה וַֽעֲצ֥וּבַת ר֖וּחַ קְרָאָ֣ךְ יְהֹוָ֑ה וְאֵ֧שֶׁת נְעוּרִ֛ים כִּ֥י תִמָּאֵ֖ס אָמַ֥ר אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ: | |
| 7 “For a small moment have I forsaken you, and with great mercy will I gather you. | זבְּרֶ֥גַע קָטֹ֖ן עֲזַבְתִּ֑יךְ וּבְרַֽחֲמִ֥ים גְּדֹלִ֖ים אֲקַבְּצֵֽךְ: | |
| 8 With a little wrath did I hide My countenance for a moment from you, and with everlasting kindness will I have compassion on you,” said your Redeemer, the Lord. | חבְּשֶׁ֣צֶף קֶ֗צֶף הִסְתַּ֨רְתִּי פָנַ֥י רֶ֙גַע֙ מִמֵּ֔ךְ וּבְחֶ֥סֶד עוֹלָ֖ם רִֽחַמְתִּ֑יךְ אָמַ֥ר גֹּֽאֲלֵ֖ךְ יְהֹוָֽה: | |
| 9 “For this is to Me [as] the waters of Noah, as I swore that the waters of Noah shall never again pass over the earth, so have I sworn neither to be wroth with you nor to rebuke you. | טכִּי־מֵ֥י נֹ֙חַ֙ זֹ֣את לִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִשְׁבַּ֗עְתִּי מֵֽעֲבֹ֥ר מֵי־נֹ֛חַ ע֖וֹד עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ כֵּ֥ן נִשְׁבַּ֛עְתִּי מִקְּצֹ֥ף עָלַ֖יִךְ וּמִגְּעָר־בָּֽךְ: | |
| 10 For the mountains shall depart and the hills totter, but My kindness shall not depart from you, neither shall the covenant of My peace totter,” says the Lord, Who has compassion on you. | יכִּ֚י הֶֽהָרִים֙ יָמ֔וּשׁוּ וְהַגְּבָע֖וֹת תְּמוּטֶ֑ינָה וְחַסְדִּ֞י מֵאִתֵּ֣ךְ לֹֽא־יָמ֗וּשׁ וּבְרִ֚ית שְׁלוֹמִי֙ לֹ֣א תָמ֔וּט אָמַ֥ר מְרַֽחֲמֵ֖ךְ יְהֹוָֽה: | |
| 11 O poor tempestuous one, who was not consoled, behold I will set your stones with carbuncle, and I will lay your foundations with sapphires. | יאעֲנִיָּ֥ה סֹֽעֲרָ֖ה לֹ֣א נֻחָ֑מָה הִנֵּ֨ה אָנֹכִ֜י מַרְבִּ֚יץ בַּפּוּךְ֙ אֲבָנַ֔יִךְ וִֽיסַדְתִּ֖יךְ בַּסַּפִּירִֽים: | |
| 12 And I will make your windows of jasper and your gates of carbuncle stones, and all your border of precious stones. | יבוְשַׂמְתִּ֚י כַּֽדְכֹד֙ שִׁמְשֹׁתַ֔יִךְ וּשְׁעָרַ֖יִךְ לְאַבְנֵ֣י אֶקְדָּ֑ח וְכָל־גְּבוּלֵ֖ךְ לְאַבְנֵי־חֵֽפֶץ: | |
| 13 And all your children shall be disciples of the Lord, and your children’s peace shall increase. | יגוְכָל־בָּנַ֖יִךְ לִמּוּדֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה וְרַ֖ב שְׁל֥וֹם בָּנָֽיִךְ: | |
| 14 With righteousness shall you be established, go far away from oppression, for you shall not fear, and from ruin, for it will not come near you. | ידבִּצְדָקָ֖ה תִּכּוֹנָ֑נִי רַֽחֲקִ֚י מֵעֹ֙שֶׁק֙ כִּי־לֹ֣א תִירָ֔אִי וּמִ֨מְּחִתָּ֔ה כִּ֥י לֹֽא־תִקְרַ֖ב אֵלָֽיִךְ: | |
| 15 Behold, the one with whom I am not, shall fear, whoever mobilizes against you shall defect to you. | טוהֵ֣ן גּ֥וֹר יָג֛וּר אֶ֖פֶס מֵֽאוֹתִ֑י מִי־גָ֥ר אִתָּ֖ךְ עָלַ֥יִךְ יִפּֽוֹל: | |
| 16 Behold I have created a smith, who blows on a charcoal fire and produces a weapon for his work, and I have created a destroyer to destroy [it]. | טזהִנֵּ֚ה (כתיב הִןֵ֚) אָֽנֹכִי֙ בָּרָ֣אתִי חָרָ֔שׁ נֹפֵ֙חַ֙ בְּאֵ֣שׁ פֶּחָ֔ם וּמוֹצִ֥יא כְלִ֖י לְמַֽעֲשֵׂ֑הוּ וְאָנֹכִ֛י בָּרָ֥אתִי מַשְׁחִ֖ית לְחַבֵּֽל: | |
| 17 Any weapon whetted against you shall not succeed, and any tongue that contends with you in judgment, you shall condemn; this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their due reward from Me, says the Lord. | יזכָּל־כְּלִ֞י יוּצַ֚ר עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ לֹ֣א יִצְלָ֔ח וְכָל־לָשׁ֛וֹן תָּֽקוּם־אִתָּ֥ךְ לַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט תַּרְשִׁ֑יעִי זֹ֡את נַֽחֲלַת֩ עַבְדֵ֨י יְהֹוָ֧ה וְצִדְקָתָ֛ם מֵאִתִּ֖י נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה: |
Isaías 54(15) He aquí que se pondrán reunir juntos, pero no por Mí. Quienes se reunán contra ti, caerán por ti.
Isaías 54
(1) ¡Canta, oh estéril, que no has parido! Prorrumpe en cántico y grita fuerte, tú que no estuviste de parto, porque son más los hijos de la desolada que los hijos de la casada, dice el Eterno.
(2) Amplía el lugar de tu tienda y extiende las cortinas de tus habitaciones sin escatimarlas. Estira tus cuerdas y refuerza tus estacas.
(3) Por cuanto te extenderás hacia la derecha y hacia la izquierda; tu primogenitura heredará las naciones y hará que las ciudades desoladas sean habitables.
(4) No temas porque no te avergonzarás, ni serás confundida porque no serás abochornada, porque olvidarás la verguenza de tu juventud y no recordarás más el reproche de tu viudez.
(5) Por cuanto tu Hacedor es tu marido. Eterno de los Ejércitos es su Nombre y el Santo de Israel es tu Redentor. Será llamado Dios de toda la tierra.
(6) Porque el Eterno te ha llamado como a una mujer abandonada, afligida de espíritu o una mujer de juventud ¿Puede ser rechazada?, dice tu Dios.
(7) Por un instante, te he abandonado, pero compadecido te recogeré.
(8) En un rapto de ira, te oculte Mi rostro por un instante, pero con infinita misericordia me compadeceré de ti, dice el Eterno tu Redentor.
(9) Porque esto es como las aguas de Noé (Noaj) para Mí, pues así como juré en las aguas de Noé no cubrirían más la tierra, juré que no me airaría más contigo, ni te reprocharía.
(10) Y las montañas podrán alejarse y las colinas podrán moverse, pero Mi misericordia no se alejará de ti, ni será anulado Mi pacto de paz, dice el Eterno que tiene compasión de ti.
(11) ¡Oh afligida, castigada por la tempestad y no consolada! He aquí que ornamentaré tus piedras con vivos colores y echaré tus fundamentos con zafiros.
(12) Haré tus almenas de rubí y tus puertas de arbunclos y todas las barreras que te circunden serán de piedras preciosas.
(13) Todos tus hijos serán enseñados por el Eterno y grande será la paz de tus hijos.
(14) En justicia te establecerás. Serás apartado de la opresión por lo que no la temerás; así como de la ruina porque no se acercará a ti.
(15) He aquí que se pondrán reunir juntos, pero no por Mí. Quienes se reunán contra ti, caerán por ti.
(16) He aqui que Yo he creado al herrero, el que sopla el fuego de carbón y saca un arma para su trabajo.
(17) Ningún arma que se forme contra ti ha de prosperar y condenarás en juicio a toda lengua que se levanta contra ti. Ésa es la heredad de los siervos del Eterno y su debida recompensa de Mi parte, dice el Eterno.
